Typeface 3
After creating the pattern from the grid, I started to create a typeface using the pattern. It is much more organic than my other typefaces. I like the idea of keeping the lines in the background and highlighting the letters from these lines. In this case I made them bolder but it could be a change of colour too. What do you think?

it's an interesting concept, would like to see what the letters look like filled with a solid colour
i like the way this is progressing. You're coming up with so many potential ideas that could even be developed for other projects.
I like it. It reminds me of a map that has been circled by people who are using it to get around. It is fun but probably needs more or to be combined with your other ideas to be more specifically Melbourne.
